In the morning we will depart from the hotel in Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine Park for our excursion. Sailing to Grey Glacier is one of the must-see excursions during the visit to Torres del Paine National Park. We will start by making our Check in at the reception of the Grey Lake hotel, and then make our way to the boat that will take usduring this crossing. The boat called “Grey III” has a main cabin for 90 passengers and has an outdoor deck to enjoy the outdoors.
Along the way we can admire unparalleled landscapes composed of floating icebergs,lush vegetation and imposing mountains. We’ll get very close to the front wall of Grey Glacier. This glacier ispart of the Southern Ice Fields and has approximately 6 kilometers wide and more than 30 meters high. We will sail for a few minutes touring the glacier (includes Pisco Sour per person while sailing).
Once we have marveled at the glacier, we start the return to theHotel Lago Grey where we will have time for a lunch or if you prefer, you can enjoy hot and cold drinks (meals/drinks not included). There will be a waiting time for the return trip so we recommend you enjoy something to eat or drink. After a waiting time, we begin the return to your Hotel in Puerto Natales.
